Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Era Clothing Store, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
